My name is Kundan Krishna. I am a final-year PhD student at the Language Technologies Institute at Carnegie Mellon University advised by Professor Zachary Lipton and Professor Jeffrey Bigham. I am on the job market for full-time positions starting in Spring 2024!
My research interests include-
Improving the factual correctness and overall quality LLM-generated text, especially using human-in-the-loop systems.
All aspects of text summarization, including controllable generation, robustness to noise, long-form summarization etc
Data-efficient pretraining
Application of NLP techniques to problems in the healthcare domain.
I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from IIT-Kanpur in 2016. I spent two wonderful years working at Adobe Research before moving on to graduate studies.
